This old farm is located at 500m from the shores and coastal hiking trails that will allow you to enjoy these remarkable maritime landscapes.
The property is composed of a main building of the 19th century surrounded by several outbuildings much older and perfectly preserved. The land is mainly composed of meadows surrounding the property.

Description:
The house includes on the first floor an entrance hall, a kitchen with fireplace, a living room with fireplace; on the back, a bedroom, a shower room, toilets, a laundry room; on the half floor, an attic. On the first floor, the landing distributes four bedrooms, a bathroom and toilets. On the second floor, there is a large attic accessible through the barn at the back of the property.

The barn at the back of the house has a room on the first floor, an attic on the first floor, which communicates with the attic of the main house.  Other outbuildings can be found on both sides of the property to form a coherent and preserved whole.

The property is secluded, located in a quiet area and not overlooked. Shops are at 5 mn, the TGV station of Guingamp at 35 mn.
